Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. If you are using a catering or bartending service, they must be licensed & insured.
Yes, decorations are allowed. Nothing can be attached to the walls. We also provide decorations at discounted rate with the rental of the space.
If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the rental date, the reservation/security deposit is non-refundable.
If no damages occur and the Venue is left in a clean condition per the Cleaning Checklist (Addendum A), the reservation/security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event.
